Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of AdReckon ("we", "us") — adreckon.com and api.adreckon.com. By connecting a Google Ads account or adding credit, you agree to them.
What AdReckon is
AdReckon is an AI assistant for Google Ads. It syncs your advertising data, answers questions about it, and — when you authorize it — makes changes to your live Google Ads account: pausing/enabling campaigns, adjusting budgets, managing keywords and ads, and other operations the Google Ads API supports.
You are in charge of the robot
- Limits are yours to set. Per account you control which actions are allowed, budget caps, protected campaigns, and the approval mode. In the default approve-first mode, no change reaches Google Ads until you approve it.
- Auto mode is your authorization. If you switch an account to auto mode, you authorize AdReckon to execute changes within your limits without per-change approval. Every action is recorded in your audit ledger.
- Advertising outcomes are not guaranteed. AdReckon makes reasonable, data-driven decisions, but ad performance depends on markets, auctions and your business. You remain responsible for your advertising spend and results, and for reviewing the ledger and reports we provide.
Fees and trial
There are no subscriptions. You add credit to a wallet, and each connected ad account draws its plan's monthly price from it, as listed at adreckon.com/#pricing — a base amount plus, for larger accounts, a small share of that account's ad spend. New accounts start with a free trial (no card required). Credit never expires; connecting an account charges one month, and time already paid for is always honored. You can stop any account, or leave, at any time. Promotional codes may be offered at our discretion.
Plans may change
We may modify, reprice, or discontinue any plan at any time. What you have already paid for is always honored in full: an account stays on its plan through the period it has paid for. If a plan is discontinued, we give at least 30 days' notice by email, and at the next billing day affected accounts move to the closest available plan — or, where none is comparable, to a free tier or off-plan, with any unused wallet credit remaining yours (credit is never tied to a plan). A price change never applies to time already paid for.
Your data
Handled per our Privacy Policy, including the Google API Services Limited Use requirements. You can disconnect at any time from the dashboard (Accounts & logins), which revokes our access at Google, or directly at myaccount.google.com/permissions; either way access ends immediately. You may request full deletion at any time.
Acceptable use
Use AdReckon only on Google Ads accounts you are authorized to manage, and in compliance with Google's advertising policies. We may suspend service for abuse, non-payment, or use that risks the platform.
Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or the outcomes of advertising decisions — whether made by you, by the AI within your limits, or by Google's own systems.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date. You may stop using the service at any time. Governing law: Brazil.
